The new world record for creating 50 educational videos here in the Lawyers Video Studio has just been shattered.

The prior record was held by Idaho attorney Jim Bendell of Cour d’Alene Idaho.

Jim had cracked the world record for shooting fifty great educational video messages in just five hours. He had started at 8:00 a.m. and finished at a record breaking pace by 1:00 pm. He held that record for an entire year…until now.

Now that record has been broken by the very well spoken trial attorney, Ben Schmitt.

I had the pleasure of meeting Personal Injury and Insurance Dispute attorney Ben Schmitt at the National Trial Lawyers Seminar in Miami Florida where I was speaking in January 2013. I didn’t know it then, but Ben would soon become a client here in the Lawyers Video Studio.

Ben called me one day to tell me that he wanted to create great educational video for his law firm in Missouri and Kansas. Importantly, he wanted to create 50 videos since he had so much useful information for his ideal consumers. He also decided to come to New York to shoot his videos and turn this into a mini-adventure with a side trip into New York City after his shoot.

As part of the planning that goes into creating 50 videos, we have a mastermind call, which is the most important part of the entire video process. During that call, I give you tips, strategies and ideas that help you create your content, teach you how to package your message and just as important, teach you what not to do.

Since Ben opted to come to NY to shoot video, he also took advantage of the opportunity to join me for a private dinner where he was able to pick my brain about video marketing and have a great meal at the same time. There were two ideas I shared with him at dinner that, according to him, were eye-opening and were “fantastic.”

The next morning, before starting the shoot, Ben showed me his stack of notes that he took during our mastermind call. Also, in the weeks leading up to his video shoot, he had practiced over and over again. He identified his content, created his outlines exactly as I told him to and continued to practice right up until dinner the night before.

I will tell you that Ben was the most prepared attorney I have seen who has shown up to shoot video with me, besides the great Jim Bendell from Idaho.

It was such a pleasure to see an expert at work. He was practiced. He was nervous at first, but confident. After the first few videos, he just started cranking them out. Two to three minutes each video.

Ben was on his game. He was in the groove and on a roll. It was really cool to see an attorney follow my instructions to the T, implement the ideas I taught him and come across as a genuine and sincere lawyer trying to help and educate his ideal consumer.

We started at 8:20 a.m. and were done and finished by 12:30 p.m. A NEW WORLD RECORD!! 4 hours and 10 minutes!!

Think you can do better?

I challenge you to do better than Jim and Ben did here in the Lawyers Video Studio. I challenge you to create great educational content that your viewers want and need. I challenge you to create 50 videos in less than 4 hours and 10 minutes. I challenge you to find someone who can motivate you to accomplish this.

Want to take me up on my challenge here in the Lawyers Video Studio? You’d need to become a member first. Are you up to that challenge? Let’s see what you’ve got.

Well, we recently got two really good cases. We tracked where they came from, the client said they had watched our YouTube videos and they were calling us because of it. The crazy thing is I’m a non-believer. I’m always trying to break out of the box I’ve put myself in and it is amazing. People will call you because of the videos you post.
