Do You Think YouTube and Video is a Fad? Watch this Video to See if You Can Answer That Question

This video pretty much says it all. It identifies current statistics and clearly shows where video is going in the future. Lawyers, professionals and entrepreneurs who fail to recognize how significant video is for their future marketing will unfortunately scratch their heads wondering why their marketing efforts are not working as well as they used to.

One of the most important statistics shown in this video is something I’ve been talking about for a while now. That in the next two years it is predicted that 90% of all content online will be video-based.

Think about your ideal consumer and clients for searching for information. They no longer just want to read text. In fact, according to a study done by Pew Research, two thirds of all adults who are online prefer to watch video instead of reading text.

The bottom line?

You need video. You need video to show your consumers that you have information they want and need. You need video to convey your confidence, your competence and your soft fuzzy nature that is warm, inviting and welcoming. None of those emotions can be conveyed via text.

Watch this video again to truly understand the significance of this powerful media.

I was on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and shot a spot. I used a Dslr and a digital tascam, I am reviewing Gerry's course. New years' resolution: get busy! I recommend Gerry to everyone. Doing it yourself is very time consuming. I just got a call, the caller is from Texas and he chose me because he felt like he knew me. I have just scratched the surface, cheers Gerry, happy new year, you are inspirational.
