Lawyer Video Marketing: Do you live, eat and breathe video?

If you do, then you must be a videographer or a video marketer like myself.  I wake from a good night’s sleep and the moment I’ve woken up I have ten new ideas about how I can use video to market my law practice. I wake up with new ideas about blog posts to help educate and inform my readers.

If you don’t live for all things video, then you should be focusing all of your time on what you do best; practicing law.

Does creating video look like it’s fun? Yes.

Does the thought of pressing the ‘record’ button excite you?

Do you look for new and innovative ways to use video to distinguish yourself from all other attorneys?

If you don’t, don’t sweat it. Leave that stuff to the only video producer who’s also an experienced medical malpractice trial lawyer. Forget about all that technical mumbo-jumbo. Don’t waste a moment of your time figuring out the correct aspect ratio settings to get the best quality video online. Don’t bother yourself with figuring out how to distribute your video and how to get the search engines to recognize your video. Leave all that to us.

Focus on what you do best; practicing law. Leave the video creation and distribution to the team that’s done it and does it for lawyers wanting to market themselves using the best tools available today.

We needed the assistance of someone who knew what they were doing. We can spend probably 10 times the amount of time today, creating 2 videos – let alone 50. So, I think when it boils down to it having someone like yourself who knows what they’re doing, has a system in place, and can really kind of work with you to get the videos flowing, get the content going – I think it’s definitely the way to go. I think you’d spend just too much time – too much energy – in trying to do it yourself.
