Sure you do. Will it? Unlikely.
Why?
Most lawyer videos are BORING.
Most lawyer videos talk about themselves.
Why would anyone want to watch a video of a lawyer talking about themselves? I sure wouldn’t.
What would make a video go viral?
Something different. Something unusual. Something that answered a viewer’s common question.
Divorce attorney Lee Rosen in Raleigh, North Carolina recently made a video that asked whether your Twitter and Facebook messages were discoverable in a divorce proceeding. Guess what happened? His video went viral. Why? Because this is a timely topic and there are many people who want to know whether their postings online might be exposed if they are getting a divorce. Click here to watch the video.
Don’t create a video just to try and make it go viral. Create a topic that is of interest to your potential clients. Going viral happens all by itself.
