		<description>Hi Jamie- yes. Solo and small firm lawyers who &#039;get it&#039; recognize the incredible benefits of creating video; those lawyers can now easily compete with the big firms and level the playing field.

I think big firms are in a quagmire about branching out into new media to market themselves. They make their decisions by committee (usually) and trying to get a consensus on a new and innovative marketing tool is difficult, especially in the early years.

They&#039;ll finally get the hang of it; years too late to make any appreciable difference.</description>
