Tom Foster & FosterWebMarketing Testimonial by Attorney Gerry Oginski

If you are an attorney looking to create a fresh, innovative and interactive website, then I strongly encourage you to contact Tom Foster at FosterWebmarketing.com. I've worked with Tom over the last 5 1/2 years and believe he is the only webmaster around who truly "gets it" and understands the most up-to-date, effective and ethical marketing methods for attorneys. I created this testimonial to help other attorneys benefit from Tom's expertise. I was not asked to create this testimonial nor am I being paid anything for it. I encourage you to take a look at my own website that Tom maintains, New York Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Trial Lawyer, and then, contact any of the 200 law firms who currently use him to see what they have to say. Attorney Marketing: Talk The Language Your Clients Speak

What do I mean? I was in a Chinese restaurant the other night picking up dinner for my family when the owner started talking to a customer in Hebrew. He was wishing him well and hoped he enjoyed his food. I was fascinated. Why? The owner was Chinese and was speaking a language that many of his customers spoke. It was so unusual. A Chinese restaurant owner speaking Hebrew? Wow. How many business owners would go out of their way to learn a language that many of their customers speak? Especially a language that is not native to their country. Not many. Continue reading

YouLaw: Paddle Your Way to More Clients-Video Review

Today's video review is not about a lawyer video. Rather, it's about a guy who built a business creating newsletters for people to keep in touch with their customers and clients. Jim Palmer calls himself the "Newsletter Guru." He clearly "gets" why it's so crucial to keep in touch with your clients and customers on a regular frequent basis. In this video we see Jim paddling his canoe on a lake near his home. He is wearing sunglasses, and the camera is sitting in the canoe pointed upwards. As Jim talks, you hear the oar making contact with the water. Jim tells a story about finding a painting he wanted to purchase and the business owner refusing to ship it to his home. The point of the video is to show that the business owner lost a key opportunity to make an easy sell by creating a roadblock. Continue reading

Testimonials

We needed the assistance of someone who knew what they were doing. We can spend probably 10 times the amount of time today, creating 2 videos – let alone 50. So, I think when it boils down to it having someone like yourself who knows what they’re doing, has a system in place, and can really kind of work with you to get the videos flowing, get the content going – I think it’s definitely the way to go. I think you’d spend just too much time – too much energy – in trying to do it yourself.
