I had the privilege of meeting business lawyer David Kaufman last week to do a video shoot in Fairfax, Virginia. David is an aggressive trial lawyer and has many years of experience in all aspects of business disputes and business litigation. Most fascinating to me was the name for his website: “BusinessBrawls.com” I was so interested in the back-story behind the name of his website that I asked him to create a brief video personalizing and explaining how and why he named his website what he did.
Most video producers would ignore something so personal, and rather focus on the Attorney resume that so many viewers, in my opinion, really don’t care about. This brief little video is a behind-the-scenes look at why he named his website Business Brawls. I encourage you to watch the video to see how you can creatively use video to market your practice. Legal marketing expert Mark Merenda of Naples Florida often reminds me that people do business with people; they don’t do business with faceless corporations.

As Gerry says here, I always preach that when people buy professional services, they buy the person who provides the service. Gerry’s videos are great! My clients love the fact that he’s a lawyer and not just some wedding photographer with a video camera. Aside from turning out technically superb pictures, he understands the legal marketing field, the right questions to ask, and the concerns attorneys have about their professional image. That means his subjects relax and convey an authenticity that could never be achieved by reading from a script. I highly recommend Gerry’s services to any lawyer who wants to create an instant bond with potential clients.
